"I’m not saying they’re definitely sketchy or anything..."
I’m not saying they’re definitely sketchy or anything, so don’t take it that way, but something about the experience just didn’t make me feel fully comfortable yet. Maybe it’s fine, and maybe I’m being cautious, but I don’t really trust them enough at this point.

"Found some go kart parts, but it took a little patience"
I was working on my go kart one weekend, mostly because the weather was finally decent and I had already dragged all my tools out, so I figured I might as well order the parts I needed. I did find some of what I was looking for, which was nice, but a few things were out of stock and it wasn’t really clear when they’d be available again. I ended up checking back a couple times and looking around elsewhere too. The site is fine overall, but I do wish the stock info was a little more up to date. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest either.

"Fitment info ended up being wrong"
I ordered these parts because the site said they’d fit my kart, so I figured, okay, great, easy fix. But once I went to install them, they didn’t line up at all. Like, not even close. So then I’m standing there thinking, well, that was a waste of time, and now I have to deal with a return and go hunt down the right parts somewhere else. The fitment details on the site really need to be updated because this was frustrating.

"Got the Wrong Order and it was Annoying"
I ordered one thing and somehow ended up getting something totally different. Like, the fulfillment just wasn’t Right, and then I had to waste extra time dealing with it and waiting around to get it sorted out. It’s frustrating when you assume someone is actually checking the order before it ships. Not the best experience for Me.

"Helpful when I needed a hand"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. I did have to follow up once, which was a little annoying, but the person I talked to was helpful and actually gave me a straight answer. So yeah, overall it was a good customer service experience, just not totally perfect.

I’ll be honest, the main thing I noticed was that some parts were missing and it took way longer than I expected to get it fixed. They did eventually make it right, so I’ll give them that, but the delay was frustrating.

"Setup was a headache and it really hurt my trust"
The gokart arrived in decent shape, but putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the parts were a pain to line up properly. It does run okay now, but the whole process left me feeling disappointed. i don’t have the same trust in the product or the company after dealing with that setup...

I felt like nobody had actually read through the instructions before sending them out. A bunch of steps were missing or unclear, so I ended up guessing my way through half the setup. It made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be

The kart starts up easy and pulls good on dirt. The brakes did need a little adjusting, but overall it's been fun to ride and feels solid so far.

"I had an issue and figured the warranty..."
I had an issue and figured the warranty would make things easier, but it was the opposite. Support took forever to get back to me and didn’t really seem to help much when they did. It felt like they just kept passing me around instead of actually fixing anything. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but after already spending the money, I feel like the warranty should actually mean something. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I looked around at a few different places before ordering, and gokartsusa.com just seemed to have fair prices. Nothing felt super marked up, and the shipping cost was clear upfront too. I got what I paid for and just didn’t feel ripped off. I’d buy from them again.

I had a couple questions before I placed my order, and they replied faster than I expected. I’m the kind of person who only really pays attention to the stuff that matters to me, and their answers were clear enough that I didn’t have to dig around or ask the same thing twice.
After I ordered, they kept me in the loop without overdoing it, which I appreciated. I always notice when updates are actually helpful instead of just generic messages. Overall, it was simple, smooth, and I’d be happy to order from them again.

I had a small issue after my kart showed up and wasn’t really sure what part I needed. I emailed gokartsusa, and they got back to me quick. They kinda walked me through it and sent over the right info. The setup on my end wasn’t perfect, but their support was solid. I’m glad they didn’t leave me hanging...

"Decent kart, but safety check is a must"
The order showed up fine and the kart does run, so that part was okay. I just wasn’t totally comfortable with the safety side of it. The manual were basic, and a few bolts needs to be checked again before I felt good letting my kid ride it.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while. Overall, it’s not a bad kart, but I’d definitely go over everything yourself and don’t assume it’s ready to ride straight out of the crate...

The item itself seems fine and I’m happy with it so far, but the packaging arrived beat up. Not a huge deal since nothing appears to be damaged inside, but I do wish it had been packed or handled a little better during shipping.
